尻もちをつく

先週、尻もちをつき、同時に階段の角で尾てい骨を打ちました。
裏庭に出る時に、階段が、3段あります。
まだ痛いです。

と、英語で説明したいので簡単な言い方を教えてください。
一応、自分でも英語考えてかいてみましたが、添削お願いします。

And my tailbone hit the edge of stairs at the same time.
I've been feeling pain my tailbone.
There are three steps stairs between inside and back garden.
