病院に行って症状を伝えたいのですが、症状を説明するのに、私の英語力では
かなり難しいので、教えて下さい。一応、自分でも考えましたが、変な英語になってる気がします。とっても難しいです。また、文が長くなると難しいので、できるだけ短く簡単な言葉を使って作りたいです。
症状の説明は長くなるので、3つにわけています。。

症状
★偏頭痛と不妊について悩んでいます。
I'm suffering about migraine(headache) and sterile.
sterile＝不妊症
★生理の前後、もしくは排卵期の体温やホルモンが変動する時期にある気がします。
It seems to get a headache before or after my periods.
Also to get a headache while the ovulatory phase and body temperature are changing .
ovulatory phase ＝排卵期
★偏頭痛が始まると、2～3日寝込むようになりました。
The migraine starts and I laid up for two or three days.
★頭痛の薬、パラセタモール（Paracetamol）を飲んでも、ほとんど効きません。
I took a medicine with Paracetamol for every headache, but almost it didn't work.
★若い時から、時々、偏頭痛はありましたが、ここ1年くらいは、毎月あります。
I've been headache sometimes since I was young.
But it seems to get the headache every month for a year .
★今は、毎日、基礎体温をつけています。
At the moment, I'm taking BBT every day.
BBT(basal body temperature)＝基礎体温
★ 毎日、同じ時間に、身体を起こす前にベッドの中で体温を測っています。
I've been taking my temperature every day before I get up and the same time .
★高温期が短く、高温期に低温が混じっています。
I found my high temperature phase is short, and sometimes mix the low temperature.
