The client requested that the existing sunroom be "hot in the summer and cold in the winter, and that the newly built room also have lots of windows." Taking advantage of the home's location amidst nature, we incorporated three skylights and an exterior folding door to create a bright, open room that feels connected to nature. The original windows were reused. The deck is made of rot-resistant Trex material. The client's favorite gazzibo was left as it was, with only minor modifications. By using cable rails, we created a modern deck that doesn't obstruct the natural view. Please see our blog for the "before" photos
