■勤務時間　8時～17時（1日8時間）
■業務内容
• Responsible for calculating commissions, updating the commission statements by each sales representative every month
• Initiate wire transfer, Monthly bank reconciliation, Monitor daily bank transactions
• Process payroll on bi-weekly schedule and enter journal entry
• Credit memo verification
• Prepare and review financial statements ensuring they are accurate, timely, and comply with USGAAP standards
• Reconciliation of parent company accounts (Purchase, AP-Parent, AR-Affiliates, Sales and business fees) on a regular basis
• Lease accounting based on the regulations
• Deferred Revenue and related Cost of Goods calculations
• Accruals and reserve calculations based on the instruction from the upper management
• Monitor Fixed Asset accounts and inventory accounts
• Fluctuation Analysis: Preparing reports on financial fluctuation analysis report to the auditors
• Business fee and expenses invoicing to Parent Company
• Liaise with external auditors during annual audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and responses to inquiries
• Finalizing the annual reporting package that is traced from the General Ledgers requested by the Parent Company
• Accounts Payable entries
• Prepare Journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations
• Monitor Accounts Receivables and follow up with staff accountant
• Liaise with Parent Company Finance Team regarding financial statements and audit requirements

■Qualifications
日本語バイリンガル
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, and ideally some previous managerial experience
• Proficiency in Japanese is required for effective communication with Parent Company
