仕事になれるまではofficeに来て頂き、そのあとはRemoteが主のhybridになります。

仕事内容
Payment Processing: Verify and process customer payments via credit card
Accounts Receivable Management: Maintain accurate AR records and generate timely reports, including AR aging and cash flow projections.
Account Reconciliation: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts and payment records.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth financial transactions and excellent service.
Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key accounts, recommend corrective actions, and report findings to management.
Customer Service: Respond to customer and internal inquiries promptly and professionally.
Support Functions: Assist with bank reconciliations and preparation of financial reports.

労働資格をお持ちの方
英語と日本語の理解力、コミュニケーションができること
最低２年のAccounting Experience
Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Quickbooks; comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy and a strong commitment to data integrity.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team success.
